Yes. 50% to secure booking.

Yes, if you cancel more than 7 days before the event or course, your deposit will be refunded in full.

No, if you cancel 7 days or less before the date, the deposit is non-refundable.

In the case of an emergency (illness, venue closure, severe weather), we can either refund your payment or reschedule to a new date.

Yes — we bring all the necessary professional equipment for performances, DJ sets, karaoke hosting, and courses. If your venue has its own setup, we can also work with that.

Yes. UK-wide. Travel fees apply.

Yes — if you give more than 7 days’ notice, you can reschedule at no extra cost. Rescheduling within 7 days is at our discretion.
