Jay Mac is a UK artist blending R&B, Hip-Hop, Pop, Drum & Bass and UK influences into a sound built around strong vocals, sharp bars and infectious energy.

Growing up in Banbury, Jay developed a passion for music and performing from an early age. From freestyling during the early grime era to developing his own style as both a singer and rapper, his journey has always been about versatility, individuality and connecting with an audience.

His career has seen him perform on some incredible stages, including reaching the 6 Chair Challenge on The X Factor UK at Wembley Arena, as well as performing at festivals, Pride events and live shows across the UK.

Jay’s music moves effortlessly between melodic R&B and Pop, harder UK sounds and high-energy Drum & Bass — allowing him to switch from emotional vocals to confident rap flows without being tied to one genre.

With over 30,000 followers and more than 1 million video views, Jay continues to build his audience both online and through live performance.

Tracks including “Iconik,” “Pressure” and “I Wanna Know You’re All Mine” have showcased the different sides of Jay Mac’s sound, while his new album Best I Ever Been marks the next chapter in his music.

Bringing together everything he has developed as an artist, Best I Ever Been represents confidence, growth and a bigger, more refined sound — combining powerful vocals, memorable hooks, honest moments and the energy that has become a key part of Jay Mac’s music.

For Jay Mac, the goal is simple: make music that feels authentic, connects with people and comes alive on stage.
